We aim to promote Artificial Intelligence that enhances people's capabilities, improves business competitiveness, and contributes to the progress of society.

The Commitment sets out 11 principles addressing the role of people, the evolution of employment and talent, human oversight, the governance of AI agents and autonomous systems, the protection of knowledge, responsible data use, ethics, security and transparency, the creation of business value, technological sovereignty, societal progress, and the need for implementation plans and continuous improvement.
We CIOs have the opportunity and responsibility to help define how we want Artificial Intelligence to transform our businesses and society.
Artificial Intelligence represents one of the greatest opportunities for business and social transformation of our generation. Its impact on organizations, employment, productivity, and the way we work will continue to grow.
As CIOs and technology leaders, we have a particularly important role to play in this transformation. Not only through our involvement in AI adoption, but also through our ability to anticipate its impact, establish appropriate governance mechanisms, and help ensure that its use drives innovation, competitiveness, and progress.
For this reason, at LiceoTIC, we have launched the LiceoTIC Commitment to Responsible Artificial Intelligence, an initiative open to CIOs and IT executives who wish to embrace and promote a set of principles for the responsible development and use of AI.
